DOSH registration may be mandatory depending on your workplace and operations, and you may also need approvals or licences from your local authority (PBT).

 

⚠️ Non-compliance can lead to serious penalties. Under the amended OSHA 1994, certain safety-related offences can carry fines of up to RM500,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 2 years.
